FELIX MANZI

Social change through education and law

Felix Manzi is a Wells Mountain Foundation Scholar at the University of Kigali where he is pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Law. Prior to joining the Law School in Kigali, he was at the University of Rwanda doing Economics and Business Management.  Felix worked as a Youth Ambassador through Aegis Trust, a Rwanda Peace Education Program in Kigali, newly rebuilt and modernized after the genocidal rampage. Aegis Trust’s overall program is a global organization based in UK that aims to prevent crimes against humanity. Felix also served as the Rapporteur for the 6th Forum of the African Union Commission on International Law in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. He enjoys networking, painting, reading books, camping, and road trips. He speaks at least one language spoken in each Member State of the East African Community, and he has received leadership, social entrepreneurship and conflict management, peace education and cultural diplomacy training in Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Kenya, and Germany.
